This workshop will explore practices for staying spiritually grounded in times of global uncertainty. Through reflection, discussion, and embodied practices, we will explore how love, connection, and intentional care can sustain us through empathy fatigue, burnout, and the search for purpose in uncertain times. Access to a recording of this presentation will be sent to all who register.
