Retreat Highlights:

Introduction to Thomas Merton: Engage Merton’s thoughts on Prayer, Contemplative living, the interconnectedness of all beings. Through his writings, we will explore how contemplation can enrich our understanding of ourselves and others.

Spiritual conversation as a contemplative practice: Engage in guided practices designed to foster open-hearted communication. Learn to listen deeply and express ourselves  authentically, creating a safe space for transformative conversations.

Group Reflections: Participate in small group discussions that encourage sharing and exploration of ideas inspired by Merton’s teachings. Together, we will reflect on how these concepts can be applied to our daily interactions.

Nature and Silence: Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature as we incorporate moments of silence and reflection, allowing for a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

These conversations are perfect for anyone seeking to enhance their contemplative communication skills, deepen their spiritual practice, or simply explore the wisdom of one of the great contemplatives of our time. We look forward to journeying together, inspired by the timeless wisdom of Thomas Merton.
