March 14, 2025 – Day Ten
We should ask for the grace to be men and women of hope.
~ Pope Francis
Ponder:
When have I feared a major change and then found it to be wonderful?
Pray:
God of hope, remove my fear and fill me with joy!
Reflection from Catherine Donna Langford:
Do we follow hope or fear?
The two words do not have directly opposite meanings, yet they produce quite different outcomes.
Fear, of many things or situations, can lead us into our own prisons. It can paralyze us. It can prevent us from fulfilling our destiny that God has for us on this earth.
Hope, in God’s perfect plan for us, can release us from our prisons of fear. Hope in the promises from God for our lives can give us freedom to walk and live in victory over fear and darkness. Hope in what Jesus did on the cross for us gives us healing, direction and purpose.
Which path will you choose?
