March 7, 2025 – Day Five
Hope is a virtue of eager longing for the revelation of the Son of God; hope means striving toward this revelation, toward this joy.
~ Pope Francis
Ponder:
Am I ready to take the risk of living with hope?
Pray:
God of hope, help me find joy at least once today, and help me encourage others to find joy too.
Reflection from Judith Campbell:
… and the Raven spoke to me (of Hope) 1
Raven will soar ahead of you in your images and prayers to deliver healing energy to the person to whom you are directing prayerful thought. Through its flight, Raven enriches the air element, lightens the soul, and yields hope when it is needed most.
In the blink of an eye …
Thought,
and its powerful energy of love and of hope…
Can be used so easily
To help and to heal …
To deliver kindness and love
To the spirit of one who is suffering,
To help them find a sense of peace within.
Take a moment now
To think of someone who needs help and healing …
Surround your mental picture of them with the warmth of kindness and love.
Help them in their suffering
To find a sense of peace within, through
Thought …
carried with hope’s speed of light …
on the wings of Raven soaring ahead of you …
Delivering healing energy
Simply …
To the spirit of the person in your thoughts …
Close your eyes,
and it is done!
Hope lives within each of us. So that even when we do give up, someone close to us may be able to effect a change to save us from whatever it is that threatens us. A change in perspective
perhaps. The next time you feel as though all hope is gone, listen for Raven’s call reminding you of something different … Raven’s call camouflaged in the presence of a friend who understands, or a stranger who just happens to stop by, or any other timely form of serendipity … allow Raven to lighten your spirit that you might rise up internally and fly once again … supported by outstretched wings of hope to hold you fast, and comfort you. It may be a new direction or an ability to understand a certain reality … cling to those wings and soar in their energy of light …
Hope gives us life, just as the air element gives us life.
For hope is all around us, just as the air we breathe is all around us.
Where there is hope,
There is light.
Where there is light,
there is hope.

Wonderful excerpt! Thank you for sharing. For we who follow the Way, indeed where there is light (Jesus) there is hope!
